Masala Vegetable Noodles

Instant noodles with vegetables.

Time Required: 25 Minutes
Serves: 4

Ingredients:
3 Packets instant Noodles
2 Packets Noodles Masala/seasoning sachets
2tbsp Oil
1 Cup Tomato Puree
2tbsp Tomato Ketchup
1 Cup Cabbage, Shredded
1 Onion, Sliced
3 Pods Garlic, Chopped finely
1″ piece Ginger, Juliennes
6 Beans, Chopped finely
1 Carrot, Chopped finely
2 Green Chilies, Slit
½ Cup Peas
1 Capsicum, Chopped finely
Salt to taste

Method:
Steam Beans, Peas and Carrot for 3 minutes.  Cook noodles and run cold water through it and keep it aside.  In a wok/pan heat OIl, add Garlic, Ginger, Green Chilies and Onions and saute for a minute.  Next add Capsicum and Cabbage and stir fry for another minute.  Add Tomato Puree and Masala/seasoning and stir for 2 minutes.  Add the steamed Vegetables, Salt, Tomato Ketchup and stir.  Add the cooked noodles and toss them in the sauce.  Serve Masala Vegetable Noodles steaming hot.
