Wholesome Spaghetti

This continental dish is very tasty and nutritious and kids will love it along with Popeye the sailor man.

Time Required: 30 Minutes

Ingredients:
250 gms Spaghetti
1 Cup Tomato Puree
1tsp Chili Flakes
1 bunch Spinach, Wash, Clean and Chop
1 Onion, Chopped
1 Cup Cauliflower, florets
3tbsp Cheese, Grated
1tbsp Tobasco Sauce
Few Basil Leaves or ½ tsp dry Basil
6 Pods Garlic, Chopped finely
2tbsp Butter or Olive Oil
Salt to taste

Method:
Cook Spaghetti, drain and run cold water and leave it aside. Steam Cauliflower florets. Heat Butter add Garlic, Onion and sauté for a minute. Add Spinach and sauté again for a minute. Add Tomato Puree and cook for 2 minutes. Add Cauliflower, Tobasco Sauce, Salt, Basil, Chili Flakes and mix well. Add Spaghetti and toss gently. Serve hot garnished with Cheese.
