Paneer Raitha

Paneer Raitha is prepared using Cottage Cheese and Yoghurt.

Time Required: 5 Minutes

Ingredients:
1 Cup Crumbled Paneer
2 Cups Curds / Yoghurt
Few sprigs of Mint / Pudina, Chopped finely
1tsp Black Salt
1 Small Onion, Chopped
1tsp Chili Powder
1tsp Roasted Jeera / Cumin Powder
Salt to taste

Method:
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Chill and serve Paneer Raitha.
