Nutritious and healthy Alfalfa Sprouts Salad.
Time Required: 10 Minutes
Ingredients:
1 Bowl Alfalfa Sprouts (Kudure Menthya in Kannada, Seeds of Lucerne Grass)
1 Carrot, Peeled and Grated
1 Onion, Chopped finely
1 or 2 Green Chilies, Chopped
Few sprigs Coriander leaves, Chopped finely
Few Olives, Chopped
Juice of half Lemon
1tsp Virgin Olive Oil
Crushed Garlic (Optional)
Salt to taste
Method:
Whisk Lemon juice, Olive Oil, Salt, and Garlic.
Mix all the other ingredients in a salad Bowl.
Pour the dressing and gently toss. Chill and serve.
