Fruity salad

Fruity salad is tangy, sweet, and salty.  Tasty and low calorie, this is a great starter or eaten along with Bread or flavored Rice.

Time Required: 10 Minutes

Ingredients:
6 – 8 Strawberries
15 Black Seedless Grapes
6 Green or Black Olives
1 Cup Chopped Cucumber
½ Cup Chopped Onion
2 tbsp Coriander Leaves, Chopped finely
½ tsp Sugar
½ tsp Red Chili Flakes or Pepper Powder
Juice of half Orange
Salt to taste

Method:
Cut Strawberries into 4 pieces, Grapes and Olives into 2 pieces.  Mix Orange juice, Chili Flakes, Coriander leaves, Sugar and Salt.

In a salad bowl mix all the fruits and vegetables and the salad dressing. 

Toss Fruity Salad gently, chill and serve.
