Kiwi Banana Salad is quick to make and is a delicious and healthy addition to dinner.
Time required: 5 Minutes
Ingredients:
1 Kiwi Fruit, Peeled and Chopped
1/4 Onion, Chopped
1 Small Banana, Chopped
1/4 Red Pepper, Chopped
1/4 tsp Red Chili Powder
1 tsp Honey
Few Mint leaves, torn
3 – 4 toasted Cashew nuts
Juice of 1/4 Lemon
Salt to taste
Method:
Combine everything in a salad bowl and toss gently. Chill and serve.
