This is a refreshing salad to beat the heat during summer.
Time Required: 10 Minutes
Ingredients:
1 Cup Mint Leaves, Chopped finely
1 Green Chili, Slit
1 Onion, Chopped finely
1/2 Capsicum, Chopped finely
1 Cup Cherry Tomatoes, Halved
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
Pepper and Salt to taste
Method:
Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Chill for 30 mts and serve.
