Mixed Salad is a tasty healthy salad, which is enjoyed by both young and old.
Time Required: 10 Minutes
Serves: 2
Ingredients:
Half Cucumber
1 Onion
2 Tomatoes
½ Cup Chopped Capsicum
Juice of Half Lemon
½ tsp Red Chili Flakes
Few crushed Mint Leaves (Optional)
Salt to taste
Method:
Chop Cucumber, Onion and Tomatoes finely.
In a salad bowl toss with the rest of the ingredients and serve.
If required the mixed salad can be chilled for half an hour before serving.
