Oriental Salad

Oriental salad is prepared using Chinese Cabbage and other fresh ingredients.  A very healthy salad, which is quick to make.

Time Required: 10 Minutes

Ingredients:
2 Cup Shredded Chinese Cabbage
1/2 Cup Yellow Zucchini or Yellow Pepper, sliced
10 Cherry Tomatoes, sliced into two or 1 Big Tomato seeded and sliced
1 Onion, Chopped finely
1 1/2 tbsp Vinegar or Juice of 1 Lemon
1 – 2 Green Chili, Chopped finely
10 half inch Tofu pieces (Optional)
1tbsp Grated Ginger
Salt to taste

Method:
Add all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.  Mix well.

Chill for an hour and serve.
