Microgreens are colorful young vegetable greens. The young stalks that spring out from sprouts. Usually, they are not more than two inches tall. These have to be eaten raw and adds a good crunch to salad or sandwiches.
Time required: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
1/2 Cup cooked Quinoa
1/2 Cup Pomegranate
1/2 Cup Microgreens
1/2 Cup Boiled Sweet Corn
1/4 Cup Soaked Whole Green Gram
Juice of 1 Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp Pepper Powder
1 tsp Sugar or Honey
Salt to taste
Method:
Toss everything together in a salad bowl.
Chill for 20 minutes.
Remove to a serving bowl. Serve this fresh salad with plain toast, pesto bread, or focaccia bread.
