This is usually prepared for Dinner in Mysore households using tender white Radish. Radish Salad is tasty and healthy.

Ingredients:
4 Radishes
½ Cup Fresh Grated Coconut
Juice of 1 Lemon
1 tsp Oil
½ tsp Mustard Seeds
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder (Optional)
Few Curry Leaves
2tbsp Chopped Coriander leaves
2 Green Chilies, Chopped finely
Salt to taste
Method:
Peel and grate Radishes, remove to a mixing bowl. Heat Oil and add Mustard Seeds and when they splutter, add Curry Leaves, Green Chilies and Turmeric Powder and remove from heat. Let it cool. Add this seasoning to the Radish along with Coconut, Lemon Juice and Salt. Mix gently.
Serve with Rice or your choice of Indian Bread.
