Summer Salad

In summer, salads taste great as a meal by itself or as an accompaniment for the main course.

Time Required: 10 Minutes
Serves: 4

Ingredients:
2 Ripe Mangoes, Cubed
1 Cup Pomegranate
1 Cup Diced Cucumber
½ Cup Diced Capsicum
1 Orange, Segments

For Dressing:
2tbsp Honey
1tsp Pepper Powder
Salt to taste

For Garnishing:
Few Pudina / Indian Mint leaves

Method:
Mix the ingredients for dressing in a cup.  Mix Mangoes, Pomegranate, Cucumber, Capsicum and Orange in a salad bowl.  Pour the dressing over this and toss gently.  Garnish with Pudina / Mint and chill for half an hour and serve.
