Tabbouleh is a tasty salad prepared using Bulgur wheat and other raw vegetables.

Time Required: 20 Minutes + Soaking Time
Ingredients:
1 Cup Soaked Broken Wheat
Few sprigs Parsley, Chopped finely
Few Spring Onion Scallions, Chopped finely
1 Onion, Chopped finely
1 or 2 Tomatoes, Chopped finely
Juice of 1 Lemon
1tbsp Olive Oil
Pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Method:
Whisk Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Salt and Pepper and keep it aside.
In a mixing bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients.
Toss gently.
Pour the Olive Oil dressing and mix again. Serve with Grilled Pita Bread or Lavash.
