Bharwa Mirchi is a dish where Chilies are stuffed with Potato mixture and shallow fried.

Ingredients:
6 Big non-spicy Chilies
2 Potatoes, boiled and peeled
1 tbsp Coriander Powder
1 tbsp Aamchur / Dry Mango Powder
1 tsp Chili Powder (Optional)
2 tsp Oil
1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
1/2 tsp Jeera / Cumin Seeds
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
Oil for shallow frying
Salt to taste
Method:
Wash and dry the chilies and slit the upper layer of the Chili. In a bowl mash Potatoes and leave it aside.
Heat 2 tsp Oil, add Mustard Seeds and Cumin Seeds. When they splutter, add Turmeric Powder. Add Potatoes, Coriander Powder, Aamchur Powder, Chili Powder, Salt and mix well.
Stuff the Potatoes mixture in the chilies. Heat 2 tbsp Oil and place the stuffed chilies and shallow fry both sides until done.
Serve hot with your choice of Indian Bread.
