This is a simple stir-fry dish using purple cabbage. You can serve with either Rice or Noodles.
Ingredients:
2 Cups Purple cabbage sliced
1″ Ginger, sliced
4 pods Garlic, minced
3 Red Chilies, slit
2 tsp Green chili sauce
2 tsp Soya Sauce
1 tsp Vinegar
1 tsp Sugar or Honey
1 Cup chopped Spring Onion Scallions
Salt to taste
Method:
Add all the ingredients in a pan/wok. Mix. Close and cook above until the moisture evaporates.
Add half the spring onions and toasted Sesame seeds and stir.
Remove to a serving plate and garnish with more spring onions, Sesame seeds, and Sesame oil.
Serve hot with Noodles or Rice.
