Broccoli and Garlic stir fry is easy to make and is packed with nutrition.
Time Required: 20 Minutes
Ingredients:
1 Cup Broccoli florets
3 Garlic Cloves
2 Red Chili flakes
Few Cherry Tomatoes
1tsp Olive Oil / or any other refined Oil
Salt to taste
Method:
Blanch Broccoli and keep it aside. Heat Oil and add Garlic and Red Chilies and stir in the Broccoli. Add salt and Tomatoes and stir for a minute and serve it on top of Pasta or along with Indian Bread.
