Dry Paneer Tikka Masala is prepared using Cottage Cheese. The Cheese is marinated in spices and tossed in more spices. This is a delicious accompaniment to serve with Indian Bread.

Ingredients:
1 Cup Paneer (Cottage Cheese), Diced
1 Big Tomato, Diced
1 Capsicum, Diced
1 tsp Jeera Powder
1 tsp Ginger Powder
1 tsp Chili Powder
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
½ tsp Chaat Masala
2tbsp Oil
For the marination:
½ Cup Curds
¼ Cup Tomato Puree
¼ tsp Ginger Powder
½ tsp Garam Masala Powder
¼ tsp Jeera Powder
¼ tsp Chili Powder
Salt to taste
Method:
Mix ingredients for marination in a bowl.
Add Capsicum, Tomato, and Paneer into the marinade and gently toss. Leave it aside for 5 to 10 minutes.
Heat pan, add Oil, Jeera Powder, Ginger Powder, Chili Powder, and Turmeric Powder.
Add marinated vegetables and gently stir.
Add Salt and Chaat Masala.
Cook until dry.
Remove to a serving dish.
Serve hot Dry Paneer Tikka Masala with your choice of Indian Bread.
