Zucchini, Broccoli, and Carrot Saute

This is a quick and healthy recipe.

Time Required: 15 Minutes

Ingredients:
1 tbsp  Olive Oil
1 Fresh Zucchini
2 Carrots
1 Cup Broccoli florets
3 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
Salt and Pepper to taste

Method:
Dice vegetables.  Heat Oil and add the vegetables and saute for 3 to 4 minutes.  Add sauce, salt and pepper and stir.   Serve hot with Pasta and Bread.
