Gazpacho Soup

Gazpacho soup is prepared using raw vegetables and served cold.  This recipes is originally from southern Spain and great to serve during Summer.

Time required: 15 Minutes

Ingredients:
6 Tomatoes
1 Onion, Diced
2 – 3 pods Garlic, Peeled
Half Red Pepper
1 Cucumber
1 tbsp Tabasco Sauce
1 tbsp Olive Oil
Salt to taste

Method:

Chop vegetables roughly.  Blend all ingredients in a blender until you get a rough mixture.  Remove to a dish and chill for an hour.  Serve into bowls or glasses topped with chopped Cucumber.
