Bread Croutons

Crispy Croutons are bread croutons toasted with herbs.  This aromatic croutons goes well when served with soup.

Time Required: 20 minutes

Ingredients:
Few pieces of Bread
Sunflower Oil or Olive Oil or Butter
A tsp of Herbs

Method:
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Centigrade. Cut the Bread into small cubes and place on a baking tray.

Brush with Oil, sprinkle herbs and then bake for 15 minutes, until golden and crisp. Let it cool.

Store in an airtight container for up to a week. Reheat in a warm oven before serving. Serve with hot soups or with a dip.

Instead of an oven, you can fry in a pan.
