It is a must to taste Aloo Chaat Dilli Style when visiting Delhi.

Time Required: 25 Minutes
Ingredients:
2 – 3 Potatoes, Boiled, Peeled, and Diced
1 Onion, Chopped finely
Plain Sev
Few sprigs of Coriander leaves, Chopped finely
Few Ginger Juiliennes
1 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Chaat Masala
1 – 2 Green Chilies, Chopped finely
1 tsp Roasted Jeera Powder
1tbsp Sweet Chutney
Oil for shallow frying
Salt to taste
Method:
Shallow fry Potatoes until Crisp. Remove them on a kitchen towel.
Mix all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
Taste and adjust the seasoning.
Remove to a serving plate and serve the delicious Aloo Chaat Dilli Style.
