Alu Tikki Chaat is a tasty street food available all over North India. It is fast catching up in South India too. A Potato fritter is served layered with spicy, tangy.
Ingredients:
2 or 4 Alu Tikki / Alu Patti
1tsp Green Chili Chutney
1tsp Meethi / Sweet Chutney
1tbsp Chopped Onion
1 sprig Coriander chopped finely
A pinch of Salt
A pinch of Chaat Masala Powder
1tbsp Plain Sev
2tbsp Curd / Yogurt (Optional)
Method:
Keep a Alu Tikki / Patti in a plate. Add Onion, Green and Meethi Chutney over it.
Add Curds over it. Sprinkle Salt and Chaat Masala over it. Garnish with Sev and Coriander leaves and serve.
