The ubiquitous Kharada Kadalkayi Beeja or Congress is mixed with Onions and made into Kharada Kadelekayi Beeja Masale, which is favorite accompaniment with drinks (hic!)

Ingredients:
1 Cup Kharada Kadalkayi Beeja (spicy peanuts)
1 Onion, Chopped finely
Few sprigs of Coriander leaves, Chopped finely
1 Green Chili, Chopped finely
Juice of half Lemon
2tbsp Plain Sev
Method:
Mix all ingredients together and serve with your favorite drink.
