Sev Puri Chaat is a popular street food in India. Tiny puffed crisp bread is stuffed with potatoes, spices, and tangy sauces. It is garnished with a generous amount of Sev. Sev Puri is made without Curds / Yoghurt, whereas Papdi Chaat is prepared using Curds.

20 Pani Puri Puris or Papdi/Crisp flat puris
2 medium Potatoes, Boiled, Peeled and Mashed
1 Onion, Chopped
1 Tomato, Chopped
2-3 tbsp Sweet Tamarind Chutney
2tbsp Coriander Garlic Chutney
1tsp Roasted Jeera/Cumin Powder
1tsp Chaat Garam Masala
½ Kala Namak/Black Salt
1tsp Coriander Powder
1 Cup Nylon Sev
1tsp Chili Powder
2tbsp Fresh Coriander Leaves, chopped
Salt to taste
Method:
Add black salt and Jeera, Coriander Powder to mashed Potatoes and salt to Onions and keep it aside.
Make a hole in the Puris.
Stuff the Puris with Potato.
Add Green Chutney over each of the Puris.
Next, add Sweet Chutney.
Add Onions and Tomatoes
Sprinkle Sev generously.
Garnish with Chili Powder, Chaat Masala Powder, Salt, and Coriander leaves.
Serve immediately.
