Crispy Vegetables

Crispy and tasty.

Time Required: 30 Minutes

Ingredients:
6 florets of Cauliflower
1 Carrot, Peeled and sliced into long pieces
4 Tender Beans, Broken into 3 pieces
4 Green Chilies, Slit into two pieces
Oil for deep frying

For the batter:
4 tbsp Corn flour
1tbsp Maida
1tbsp Rice flour
A pinch of cooking soda
Salt to taste

Method:
Mix the batter ingredients with water into a batter.

Dip the vegetable pieces one by one into the batter and deep fry until crisp.

Serve with sauce and fried rice.
