A taco is a traditional Mexican dish. Taco can be either soft or crisp. A tasty filling is prepared using beans, sauteed vegetables, raw vegetables, cheese, cream cheese and so on. Sauces like Salsa and Guacamole can be served as an accompaniment.

Ingredients:
Few Taco Shells
1tbsp Taco Seasoning
1 Cup Baked Beans
2tbsp Grated Cheese
Few Jalepanos
1 Onion, Chopped finely
½ Cup Sweet Corn kernels, Boiled
2tbsp Cream Cheese
3 – 4 Garlic pods, Chopped finely
1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
Few sprigs of Coriander leaves, Chopped finely
Few Lettuce leaves, Chopped
Few Cherry Tomatoes, Halves
½ Cup Red, Green, and Yellow Peppers
1tbsp Oil
Method:
Heat Oil in Pan, add Garlic, Onion and saute for a minute.
Add Baked Beans and stir.
Add Taco seasoning and mix well.
Add Sweet corn kernels and mix well.
In another mixing bowl, add Lettuce, Tomatoes, Jalepenaos, Pepper, Salt, and Coriander leaves.
Add Cream Cheese and Cheese and toss gently.
Mix Tomato ketchup and the Bean mixture to the Lettuce mixture and toss.
Assembling:
Keep a whole Lettuce leaf inside the Taco.
Fill the Tacos with the mixture and serve immediately.
