Ingredients:
1 Cup Roasted and peeled Groundnuts
½ tsp Hing / Asafoetida
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Aamchur Powder / Dry Mango Powder
1 tsp Grated Jaggery
Few Curry Leaves, Chopped finely
1 tsp Chili Powder
2tsp Oil
Salt to taste
Method:
Heat Oil, add Hing, Turmeric Powder, Curry Leaves and switch off the heat.
Add Aamchur Powder, Jaggery, and Chili Powder.
Add Groundnuts and mix well.
Serve bisi bisi (hot) Kharada Kadelekayi Beeja.
