Cheese and Herb Dip is very easy to make and goes well with fritters and vegetables.
Time required: 5 Minutes
Ingredients:
1 Cup Cheese, grated
1/4 Cup Milk
1/4 tsp White Pepper Powder
1/4 tsp Dry Oregano
1/4 tsp Dry Thyme (Optional)
Salt to taste
Method:
Mix Cheese and Milk.
Heat this mixture in double boiler so that the cheese melts and the mixture gets a smooth consistency.
Season with Salt, Pepper, and dry herbs. Serve immediately.
