Green Chili Sauce

The fresh flavor of Chilies in this sauce stings your tongue to perfection when eaten with Momos or steamed Wontons.

Ingredients:
2tbsp Sugar
½ Cup chopped Coriander leaves
4 Green Chilies
2 – 3 Cloves Garlic
A pinch of Salt
3tbsp Lemon Juice

Method:
Grind Green Chilies, Garlic, Sugar, and Salt together. Remove to a bowl, add Coriander leaves, Lemon Juice, and ¼ Cup water.  Mix well.  Serve with steamed or fried Wontons.
