Ingredients:
¼ Cup Grated Processed Cheese or Parmesan Cheese
2tbsp Walnuts or Pine Nuts
½ or ¾ Cup Olive Oil
6 – 8 Garlic Cloves, Chopped finely
2tsp Peppercorns
1 ½ Cups Fresh Basil leaves (I have used 1 Cup Lime Basil as the aroma of Lime Basil is very strong)
Salt to taste
Method:
Grind all the ingredients together in the blender to form a Sauce.
This sauce is used in the preparation of Pasta and Pizza.
