Tzatziki is a yoghurt based Greek Dip.

Time required: 10 Minutes + Curd hanging time
Ingredients:
1 Cup Hung Curds / Yoghurt
1 small Cucumber, Peeled and chopped finely
3 Pods Garlic minced
Juice of half Lemon
1 tbsp Olive Oil
Few sprigs of Mint or Dill leaves, Chopped finely
Salt and Pepper to taste
Method:
Add all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Mix well.
Serve with toasted Pita Bread, Thepla, Paratha, Toastadas, Bread toast, and so on.
