A very popular starter in restaurants in South India.
Time Required: 20 Minutes
Ingredients:
4 Deep fried Urad Papad
1 Grated Carrot
3 sprigs Chopped Coriander
1 Green Chili, chopped finely
Juice of half a Lemon
2tbsp Plain Sev
2tbsp Fresh Coconut, grated (Optional)
Salt to taste
Method:
Deep fry Papad and remove on a kitchen towel. Mix Carrot, Coriander, Chili Lemon, Coconut, and Salt in a bowl. Spread this mixture over the Papad and garnish with Sev. Serve immediately.
Chopped tomatoes can be added too.
Its my fav food for my late night craving :).
