Instant Chutney is a Chutney prepared mixing ready ingredients without the need to grind it to a paste. I make this when I am too lazy to chop vegetables and cook or I have run out of vegetables.

Ingredients:
1 Cup fresh grated Coconut
1 Onion, Chopped finely
1 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Chopped Coriander leaves
1 tbsp Menthedittu (Mixed Lentils, Fried and Powdered)
Salt to taste
1 Cup Curds
For the Seasoning:
2 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
Method:
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Heat Oil, add Mustard Seeds and when they splutter add Turmeric powder. Pour this on the chutney and mix well.
Serve Instant Chutney with hot Phulka, Chapathis or Dosa.
