anney soppu (will get only after lil rain..and rainy season) superb taste mae as “beley thovvey.
chilukarivey soppu, chukkey soppu( or non veg preparations).
protein is very much essential for our body. dhantina soppu(amaranthus has go (14mg) very good.
pls use it. its more than vegetables.
dantina soppuhas got high protein of 14 pls make use of it. pls add anney soppu( which grows only during rainy season, good tasy when prepared as “eley thovvey”.
