A crispy side dish using Radish leaves.
Time Required: 10 Minutes
Ingredients:
1 bunch Mooli / Radish Leaves
2tbsp Oil
½ tsp Mustard Seeds
½ tsp Jeera / Cumin Seeds
¼ tsp Hing / Asafoetida
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Chili Powder
1 or 2 Red Chilies
1tbsp Besan / Gram Flour
Salt to taste
Method:
Wash and chop Radish leaves. Heat Oil, add Mustard Seeds and when they splutter add Jeera, Red Chilies, Hing and Turmeric Powder.
Add Radish leaves and sauté for 3 mts. Add Chili Powder and stir. Add Salt and Besan and stir for 2 minutes.
Remove to a serving dish and serve Mooli Bhaji Fry with your choice of Indian Bread.
Wonderful and delicious recipe.I get lot of tender radish leaves and was using it to make fresh salads. Now I can also prepare it in this new recipe,I really enjoyed with chapatti.Thanks.
