Spicy, sweet and crispy Baby Corns. It is delicious and children love ’em.
Time Required: 20 Minutes
Ingredients:
10 Baby Corns
2 tbsp Gram Flour/Besan
2 tbsp Rice Flour
3 tbsp Corn Flour
2 tsp Chili Powder
A pinch of cooking Soda
Oil for deep-frying
Salt to taste
Method:
Cut Baby Corn vertically into two long pieces. In a bowl mix Gram, Rice, Corn Flour, Chili Powder, Soda and Salt with water to a batter. Dip Baby Corn fingers into the batter and deep fry on medium heat till they turn reddish brown. Remove them on a kitchen towel and serve hot with Tomato Ketchup or Chili Sauce.
