Spring Onion and Tamarind Chutney is easy to make and adds a twist to your menu.
Time Required: 10 Minutes
Ingredients:
1 bunch Spring Onions, Cleaned and roughly Chopped
3 – 4 Green Chilies
1 Small Onion, Chopped
1” piece Ginger
2 tbsp Tamarind Pulp
½ tsp Black Salt
½ tsp Salt
Method:
Grind all the ingredients together to a paste. Serve with Kebabs or Indian Bread or Idli or Dosa.
