When in a hurry to make a side dish, try Radish and Onion Salad. It is quick to make and delicious to have with Indian Bread.

Ingredients:
4 Radishes, Peeled and grated
2 Onions, Chopped finely
½ Cup Fresh Grated Coconut
Juice of 1 Lemon
1 tsp Oil
½ tsp Mustard Seeds
Few Curry Leaves
2tbsp Chopped Coriander leaves
2 Green Chilies, Chopped finely
Salt to taste
Method:
Mix Onion and Radish in a mixing bowl. Heat Oil and add Mustard Seeds and when they splutter, add Curry Leaves, and Green Chilies and remove from heat. Let it cool. Add this seasoning to the Radish and Onion. Add Coconut, Lemon Juice, Coriander leaves, and Salt.
Mix well and serve with your choice of Indian Bread.
