Ingredients:
1 Cup Vinegar
2 Green Chilies or Raw Red Chilies
Method:
Cut Green Chilies into small pieces and mix with Vinegar. Store in airtight glass bottles.
Serve Chili Vinegar as an accompaniment with Fried Rice, Noodles, and so on.
