To add some spice to the Mango season, you can try and prepare a spicy Mango sauce.
Time required: 25 minutes
Ingredients:
1 cup Mango Pulp
1/2 tsp Ginger paste
2 or 3 cloves Garlic ground to a paste
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Chili flakes
1 tsp Chili powder
Juice of 1 Lemon
Method:
In a thick-bottomed pan, add the Mango pulp and cook for a two minutes, stirring continuously.
Add all the other ingredients and mix well.
Continue to stir and cook.
Cook until the sauce becomes little thick.
Check for the right consistency remove to a container.
Let it cool.
Serve with your choice of Bread, Indian Bread, or Dosa.
