As we drove down coastal Karnataka, we stopped at the long stretch of Padukere Beach.
Every beach though they appear the same have their own characteristics in terms of the trees lining the beach, high or low tide, the rocks dotted on the beach, the various types of crabs running on the sand, and types of birds.
As the infinite waves hit the quiet beach and receded, time slipped away. It was a perfect way to unwind.
You can also observe the bioluminescence phenomenon in the water here. The water turns fluorescent blue in the moon light due to a type of algae.
