A side dish prepared using baby potatoes.
Time Required: 15 Minutes
Ingredients:
10 – 12 Baby Potatoes boiled and peeled
1tsp Jeera / Cumin Powder
1tsp Aamchur / Dry Mango Powder
1tsp Red Chili Flakes
2 sprigs Coriander leaves, chopped finely
2tbsp Oil
Salt to taste
Method:
Heat Oil and add the Baby Potatoes and stir for a minute or two.
Add all the powders and sauté for 2 minutes. Add Salt and mix well.
Remove to a serving plate and sprinkle little Aamchur powder and garnish with Coriander leaves.
Serve hot with Phulka, Roti, Paratha or plain Rice.
