Hi Shantha..Very nice Recipe. I am always on the lookout for a good Gobi Recipe. But can I do it without deep frying Gobi? Can I steam it until it is par cooked and then follow the rest of the recipe? Any thoughts on this?
Thanks!
Banu
Loved the dish with methi they give a nice aroma and taste to the dish.
Hi Banu,
Thanks for dropping by. Yes, you can steam Cauliflower and use it. There are other Gobi dishes that I have posted. For Example: http://www.itslife.in/2008/12/dum-aloo-gobi, in this recipe cashew nuts can be deleted from the ingredients to make it calorie free.

Shantha
