August 2016 Hints are as follows:
- Add a spoon of oil to the top of any fresh chutney when storing in the fridge to keep the chutney fresh.
- Cook Ridge Gourd with 1/4 tsp of Sugar and cook without covering the vessel for it to retain the green color.
- Keep coriander leaves in an airtight box or in a muslin cloth bag in the refrigerator to keep them fresh for a long time.
