- Rub your brass articles with Tamarind and Salt and leave it aside for 10 minutes. Rinse and see your articles sparkle.
- Discolored marble articles like tables, statues etc., will look like new if you clean them with common salt. Wash with plain water.
- To clean cane furniture, mix common salt and borax in little water and apply using a sponge. The salt will strengthen the cane and the borax will clean it.
