- Oil your hands before handling Chilies, to avoid hand burn.
- For easy peeling of Sambar onions / Shallots, soak them in water for 10 minutes.
- Before spreading the dosa batter rub the iron kadai (not the non-stick pan) with a halved onion. The Dosa will not stick to the pan.
3rd tip is fine.. but what to do for dosa sticking in 1 particular non-stick tava[which was properly working before and i tried rubbing onion also], even though the consistency is proper and it comes out well in another non-stick tawa…

I think it is time not to use this non-stick tava. Try rubbing Onion over this too…
