Sago Pearls is used to prepare this bread.
Time Required: 30 Minutes + Soaking Time
Ingredients:
1 Cup Sabudana / Sago Pearls
1 Potato, Boiled
1tsp Jeera / Cumin Seeds
2 – 3 fresh Green Chilies or Red Chilies
¼ Cup Crushed roasted Groundnuts
Few sprigs Coriander leaves, Chopped finely
Oil for roasting
Salt to taste
Method:
Soak Sabudana in water for 4 hours.
Mix all the ingredients except for Oil. Divide into balls and flatten on greased non-stick tava.
Add a teaspoon of Oil all around and roast on both sides.
Serve with your choice of Chutney.

Never heard about Sabudana Roti. Looks interesting! Can it be easily rolled into a roti? Wont it be too sticky-sticky??

Yes, it can be folded like a roti. Once it is roasted the roti will not be sticky. Best eaten when hot.
