Mint chutney goes will with Indian bread as well bakery bread. When added to a sandwich, it taste good and also adds flavor and spice to it.
Time Required: 10 Minutes
Ingredients:
1 Bunch Mint (Pudina) Leaves
A small bunch Coriander Leaves
5 Green Chilies
1tbsp Lemon Juice
Salt to taste
Method:
Clean and wash the leaves. Spread the leaves over a cloth and pat dry. Grind everything together to a paste and store in airtight containers. Can store for more than 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
Mint Chutney is used to prepare Pani/water for Pani Puri, in Bombay Sandwiches and also served as an accompaniment with Samosa, Cutlet and Alu Tikki – Patties.
