Imli Digestive Balls is as the name suggests is eaten after a meal and the main ingredient is Tamarind.
Time required: 10 Minutes
Ingredients:
1 Lemon sized Tamarind
1 tbsp Powdered Sugar
1/2 tsp Jeera Powder
Two pinches of Chili Powder
1 tbsp Sugar granules
Salt to taste
Method:
Clean Tamarind and lightly pound the Tamarind to smoothness. Add the other ingredients and mix well.
Divide the mixture into small balls and roll on Sugar. Store in an airtight jar.
Instead of Sugar and Jaggery. Jaggery is good for health and digestion.
