Mangoes in summer is enjoyed by one and all in all forms. Juice, Milkshake, Shikarni / Rasayana, and Ice Cream. I found this 4 ingredient ice cream easy to make and also tastes great!
Ingredients:
1 Cup Mango Pulp
1 Cup Cream
1/2 Cup Condensed Milk
2 pinches of Cardamom Powder
Method:
Using an electric beater, beat the Cream until peaks form.
Add Condensed Milk, Cardamom powder, and Mango Pulp and beat again until the ingredients are blended well.
Pour into a container.
Freeze until set.
Serve with or without fruits.
